ABOUT ABOUT

Whether you like your wine oaked, opulent, buttery, or bright, this event is sure to tickle your taste buds. Distinguished sommeliers, cheese makers, and chocolatiers will create a special experience for our science loving wine connoisseurs. Researchers will be on hand to reveal how soil and sun affect wine color and flavor. Samples of cheese and chocolate will perfectly compliment your favorite Cabernet or Chardonnay. Don't forget to leave enough time to take in the live music and play like a kid in our two stories of interactive science exhibits. To top it off, money raised from this event helps fund our education programs for students and families.  Supporting science education never tasted so good!
