Join the Museum of Life and Science for their latest 21+ AfterHours event: Dynamic Duos on May 31st. Experience food and beverage pairings from local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Learn the science behind your taste buds, experience flavor profiles, and even try some combinations you haven’t thought of before. Leave the event with some new food science facts to impress your friends with, and a belly full of fabulous flavors. Event tickets include food and beverage samples from over 30 vendors. In addition, be ready to explore the Main Museum building, Butterfly House, Hideaway Woods, Farmyard, and even ride the Train. To top it off, all money raised from this event will benefit our conservation and education initiatives that help inspire lifelong learning. Food trucks, live music, food and beverages served with a dash of altruism. What could be better?
VIP portion: Join Brad Weddington, partner and bar manager at NanaSteak, and Andy Morrison, Director of Craft at Harris Beverage Inc., on a guided tour through a dynamic range of flavor pairings between food and beer. With a series of bites from NanaSteak paired to beers from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Brad and Andy share their tasting expertise and illuminate the fundamentals of flavor science. There are a limited number of tickets available for this intimate VIP experience. ($55 ticket includes admission to main event.)
