ABOUT ABOUT

Leave the kids at home, this event is for adults 21+!

Join us at the Museum’s Magic Wings Butterfly House for an up-close look into the fascinating world of both butterflies and beer! Enjoy a beverage from our cash bars, talk to experts in the brewing, entomology, and horticulture fields, or simply stretch out and relax on the lawn under a summertime sunset.

Immerse yourself among 30-50 different species of butterflies and 200 species of tropical plants in our butterfly conservatory. Learn about sustainable butterfly farming from our Entomology Specialists and meet some of the exotic insects that call the Museum home. Take part in a very special butterfly release and watch as a variety of newly emerged Lepidoptera take flight for the first time!

Feeling crafty? Make some one-of-a-kind art with our friends at Hearth Studio. If you’re feeling hungry, grub is available for purchase at the food truck on site.

Your ticket includes:
-One complimentary beverage from our cash bar.
-Access to our Butterfly House Conservatory, Insectarium, and Gardens
-Expert led discussions exploring fermentation, butterfly lifecycles, and more!
-Take-home art and tinkering activities.

Beer, wine, and cider are available for purchase at our on-site bars. Food will be available for purchase at the food truck on site. Tickets for this event are limited to ensure a safe and socially distant experience. Proceeds from ticket and bar sales help inspire lifelong learning at the Museum.
