Holidays in the Park

By Museum of Life and Science (other events)

170 Dates Through Dec 27, 2020

ABOUT ABOUT

Join us at the Museum as we light up the park in celebration of the holiday season! Enjoy a memorable stroll with your loved ones through some of our outdoor and indoor spaces on evenings in December. Follow shimmering pathways and glowing trees through our garden, Farmyard, and Dinosaur Trail. Enjoy the tropical temperatures inside our Magic Wings Butterfly House or stop by Sprout Café for a night-time snack. Take an illuminating train ride on the Ellerbe Creek Railway, passing colorful light displays along the way! We designed this year’s experience for fun, celebration, and safe physical distancing between groups.

Tickets for this experience with a train ride included are $19 per person. Tickets excluding a train ride are $16 per person. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, so each ticket has an entry and exit time to the Museum.

Please note each ticket has an entry time. If you purchased admission plus train, your train time is twenty minutes after your entry time. Trains depart from the station and run on a strict schedule.
Farmyard and Sprout Cafe close at 9:00 PM

MASK REQUIREMENTS

The state of North Carolina and Durham County require visitors age five and up to wear masks at the Museum at all times, indoor and outdoor, unless actively eating and drinking. To better protect the health and safety of all visitors and our team, the Museum will not allow exemptions or exceptions to this policy. We follow the science, and it tells us that face coverings are essential to keeping COVID-19 in check. Please help us keep everyone safe.
